How much will I be reimbursed?
The administrative costs of the refund are borne by Seven Spa, you will therefore be refunded the value of the returned product.
How will my money be returned?
The shop operates from the European Union, for this reason all transactions, even in foreign currency, are converted into Euros following the payment. For payments in currencies other than Euros, Seven Spa will in any case return the amount in Euros.
Pay attention: the amount in currency must be calculated on the exchange rate on the day the refund is made. Any exchange risks are therefore your responsibility.
When will the refund be made?
The refund will be processed as soon as the returned product arrives in our warehouse. Please note: if paying by credit card, refunds can take up to 4 weeks to appear on your statement.
